2. "Someone Else Is Doing It, So I Can’t"
The world is big, and there’s space for everyone’s unique ideas. Just because someone else is doing something similar doesn’t mean you can’t succeed too. It actually shows there’s interest in what you have to offer. Your perspective, creativity, and approach make your ideas special. We have different kinds of bread, eateries, fashion brands, and music styles—diversity makes things interesting. Don’t let worries about competition stop you from chasing your dreams.

3. "I Am Not Good Enough"
Don't tell yourself things like "I'm not good enough for this job," "I'll never get promoted," or "I will never get married." These are untrue thoughts you should let go of. You are fully capable of living a happy life, advancing in your career, and forming relationships. Your skills, talents, and life experiences uniquely qualify you to achieve your goals. Remember, you have what it takes to succeed and make the most of every opportunity.
4. "I Can't"
No matter your age, you can learn new skills—whether it's a foreign language, cooking, or even flying a plane. It might take longer than you think, but it’s possible. Don’t let fear of failing stop you from trying something new. Set a goal and stick with it: take small steps every day, and your determination will pay off. Remember, every expert started as a beginner. When you change your mindset from “I can’t” to “I can,” you will see yourself fly.
5. "I Don’t Have Time for It"
We all have the same 24 hours in a day. How we use that time varies. You think you can't start exercising, read a book, or take that online course? It's not just about time; it's about what matters most to you. If you really want to start exercising and get healthier, you can create time for it, even if it’s 15 minutes each day. Try waking up a bit early or doing quick exercises or a run before bathing. Remember, you have time for what's important if you manage your time wisely.
